1. Click the "My Media" link from a course navigation
If you do not have access to a Canvas course or the My Media link is not activated in your course, My Media in Canvas can also be accessed by clicking the Account link in the Global Navigation and selecting the My Media link that is listed in the fly-out window. 2. Select one or multiple videos to publish
1. Click the "Pencil" icon
2. Select the "Publish" tab
1. Add a check mark next to each video
2. Click the "Actions" button and select the "Publish" link from the drop-down
3. Select "Published under Publishing Status and add a check mark next to a course's Gallery
The box will display all of the courses you have been enrolled in as a student, TA, and instructor that used Canvas. They are listed in alphabetical order from left to right.
4. Click the "Save" button
