How do I add a video to a Page from My Media in Canvas?

2. Click the "View All Pages" button

3. Click the "+Page" button

If you already have a page created that you would like to a video to, select the Page Title link and click the "Edit" button.

4. Select the "Embed Kaltura Media" icon from the Rich Content Editor tool bar

5. Create, Upload, or Select

There are four options for creating, uploading, or selecting a video for a page.

Upload a video from your computer's hard drive

Upload a pre-created video stored on your computer's hard drive to your My Media and then it can be selected to be added to your discussion reply. This is a great way to submit a video you have pre-recorded. This is a popular option when you need to share, demonstrate or showcase an activity that happened in real time. Create a webcam with screen recording

You can create a webcam and screen recording on the fly using the Kaltura Capture Desktop Recorder. This software is required and will automatically open when you select Webcam and Screen Recording while in My Media. Create a webcam-only recording

Select a video from My Media

If you have already created an amazing video and it is still in your My Media, you won't need to recreate one. This is a popular option for reusing personal introductions. In your My Media, click the"Embed" button next to the video you want to use.
