1. Go to mediaspace.utah.edu and click the "Login" button
2. Enter your UNID, campus password, and complete DUO authentication
3. Click your name and select the "My Media" link from the drop-down menu
4. Click the "Pencil" icon
5. Edit Media Information and click the "Save" button
The Details tab will open by default, you can add or edit the Name field, Description field, and Tags field. The Name field [1]of the file is required, it will autofill with the original file name but it can be edited.The Description field [2]andTags field [3]of the file are optional but when filled out can help with search functionality.
